All bookings made through Elite Island are subject to availability at the time of processing.
- A reservation is only deemed legally confirmed once the minimum required deposit has been processed and a booking confirmation voucher has been issued by our team.
- Customers are entirely responsible for verifying that all names, dates, and passport parameters supplied during the booking window match official travel documentation exactly.
2. Payments & Pricing Policies
We work tirelessly to ensure clear, completely upfront pricing across all our customizable holiday tracks.
- All advertised rates are dynamic and subject to fluctuations based on destination demands, fuel surcharges, airlines, or real-time hotel seasonal inventory adjustments until full payment is realized.
- Final payment balances must be processed before the strict deadline stated on your initial invoice. Failure to clear balances on time may result in automatic itinerary cancellations.
Important Notice: Elite Island shall not be held financially liable for any abrupt, unexpected tariff re-adjustments executed independently by third-party carriers, airlines, or international cruise lines.
3. Cancellations & Refund Protocols
Because trip adjustments happen, we operate under transparent, structured timeline penalties:
- All cancellation requests must be formally submitted in writing to our support email desk. Verbal cancellations via phone will not be validated.
- Refund percentages vary dynamically depending on how close the cancellation date is to your scheduled departure. Each itinerary holds unique tier structures dictated directly by hotel and flight cancellation terms.
- Non-Refundable Elements: Certain promotional tickets, peak-season villa allocations, and emergency visa processing service fees are completely non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Visas, Passports, and Health Regulations
International exploration requires careful personal compliance with legal boundaries:
- Travelers must hold a valid passport with a minimum expiration duration of no less than 6 months beyond the intended return date.
- While Elite Island offers expert visa processing assistance, securing the actual physical entry visa is exclusively at the discretion of the respective foreign embassy. We hold no liability for visa delays or denials.
- It is the traveler's standalone responsibility to comply with mandatory international immunization schedules or required destination medical checks.
5. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Elite Island functions exclusively as an experienced booking agent coordinating logistics between travelers and third-party travel providers.
- We hold no responsibility or accountability for localized delays, missing bags, flight rescheduling, personal injury, property loss, or poor on-ground service standard defaults originating from individual service providers.
- Force Majeure: Elite Island will not accept liability or issue full cash compensation for interruptions arising from unexpected acts of God, severe weather occurrences, political strikes, global pandemics, or military border adjustments.
6. Travel Insurance Advice
We strongly recommend and advise all clients booking through Elite Island to buy comprehensive independent travel insurance protection covers. This insurance shield should ideally account for sudden medical evacuations, trip disruptions, bag losses, and unpredictable reservation cancellations.
